| Day 11 - Continued - Sante State Park, SC It's now down to the home stretch! We have decided to continue to travel North, rather than spend more time in the hot and humid temperatures of Georgia. It also makes sense in terms of reducing the longer travel days to more reasonable mileage. |
| Day 12 - Rocky Mount, NC 266 miles and an early camp. We make the obligatory tourist trap stop, only purchases of food allowed. We are back on the road within a half hour and cross the NC border by noon. |
| Day 12 - Continued - Rocky Mount, NC Arrive at the KOA campground by mid afternoon. Food shopping, game room and in the pool by late afternoon for a feisty game of ultimate with a ball and in the pool. |
