| The two leaders ski while the seven scouts snowboard. Only two had previously even tried it. The morning session was interesting to watch as the boys struggled to learn this new skill. After lunch, the progress was very noticeable and gratyfying to everyone. |

| At the end of the long day, (10 hours on the mountain), dog tired but having had some success and a lot of fun we return to the school for the very good and filling pasta dinner. Then its time to relax and duck flying basketballs in the plush lodgings as we await for the lights to go out. |
