| Long Trip, 8/27 - 9/1, 2002 |
| Wednesday, 8/28 A few anxious moments before we depart Hershey. A new radiator takes care of that quickly and we are on the road to Ohiopyle by 1120. We arrive by 1500 and make the reservations for the rafting. Thursday, 8/29 1000 we start our briefing, from an Eagle scout, who works for Youghiogheny Outfitters, our choice for the raft and duckies rental. After a rough start, we got our act together and enjoyed the whitewater adventure with no further mishaps. Lunch was served on the river after Dimple Rock. |
