| Long Trip, 8/27 - 9/1, 2002 |
| Tuesday 8/27/02 Time to kill until 1600 when sunset plan starts. The big roller coasters are first: Great Bear, Lighning Racer, Sooper dooperlooper, Sidewinder, Trailblazer, Wild Mouse, and Wildcat... Then its on to the water rides: Roller Soaker (mechanical difficulties) and finally Canyon River Rapids. Back into dry clothes just in time as the park closes. |
| Everyone had fun, including the grown ups. The Ice Cream was fantastic. On the way out some bought Chocolate. Yes! In the outdoor heat without refrigeration. |
| Quick shutttle back to camp for a very late but very quick meal. Prepackaged dinners just drop in boiling water for all of 9 min Plans for AM departure are up in the air due to radiator mishap. |
